Assembly Talks/Group Workshops
Aimed at increasing awareness of mental health, these engaging sessions aim to share with students about the importance of mental well-being, the challenges associated with mental health issues, and effective strategies for managing stress and anxiety. Our goal is to empower young people to understand their needs, and seek help when needed.
Sharing Circles
The sharing circle is focused on mental health awareness, including valuable tools and mental health screenings if required. These sessions offers a safe space for group activities, discussions and personal sharing, aimed at empowering participants with effective strategies for managing stress and fostering resilience. These circles cultivate a supportive community where everyone's journey is valued and supported.
Personalised Support
Through personalised support, individuals can access tailored guidance and interventions such as basic emotional support or group activities that promote confidence, resilience, and success.
